Chemical Injection Monitoring with Telemetry Integration
Chemical injection monitoring should not depend on whose sensor is on the tank. Prodesy integrates tank-level monitors, pump controllers and SCADA feeds from any manufacturer into one program view, and fills the gaps with mobile capture.

Any hardware, one program
Most fields are a patchwork: one vendor’s tank monitors on the newer pads, a different pump controller from a previous program, SCADA on the batteries, nothing on the marginal wells. Hardware-first platforms see only their own devices. Prodesy takes all of it, normalizes it to injection points and treats manual capture as another source. The result is a complete compliance picture on the equipment you already own. Why that matters.

What real-time monitoring adds
- Daily (or hourly) actual vs target rate per injection point without a site visit
- Pump-off, run-dry and over-injection alerts
- Inventory forecasts from measured draw-down rather than estimates
- Route planning from need, not schedule
- Verified delivery volumes against tank-level change
Integration approach
Standard protocols and vendor APIs are connected by Embark’s telemetry engineers; historians are read through production data integration. Sites without telemetry stay on Prodesy Mobile and can be instrumented later without changing the program. A Western Canadian vendor used telemetry-driven Prodesy to cut net treatment variance by more than 90%.
Frequently asked questions
Which telemetry vendors are supported?
Any manufacturer with a data interface. Embark has integrated the major tank-level, pump-controller and SCADA platforms used in Western Canada and the US; new devices are added through the same framework.
Do we need telemetry on every site?
No. Mixed programs are normal. Telemetered sites report automatically; the rest are captured on the mobile app.
Does Embark sell hardware?
No. Embark is software-only, which is why Prodesy is not tied to any device vendor.
