What Prodesy does

Chemical program management software has one job: make the relationship between what was injected and what happened in the well visible, per injection point, every day. Prodesy does that by holding all of the program’s data in one model rather than reporting on fragments of it.

Targets and actuals. Target PPM or rate per injection point, actual rate from pump reads, tank drops or telemetry, and the compliance percentage between them.
Inventory and delivery. Tank levels, calculated usage, forecast run-out dates, orders, delivery tickets and a central load board.
Lab and field analysis. Water, bacteria (ATP, SRB/APB), corrosion coupons and probes, residuals, H2S tube readings, all attached to the site and the treatment that produced them.
Production data. Oil, gas and water volumes imported from accounting or SCADA and allocated to every treatment point, so PPM and cost per BOE are calculated, not estimated.
Scheduling. Batch treatments, sampling rounds, meetings and reports scheduled, tracked and escalated when missed.
Reporting. Embedded Power BI dashboards, client portals for vendors’ customers and an API to corporate BI.

Works with your existing hardware

Prodesy is telemetry-agnostic by design. Tank-level monitors, chemical pump controllers and SCADA historians from any manufacturer are integrated through standard interfaces; sites without instrumentation are captured on the mobile app. Because the software is independent of the sensor vendor, it can optimize the whole program, including lab and production data that no sensor measures. Hardware-first platforms cannot, and that difference is the reason Prodesy programs run under 5% variance on mixed, existing equipment. Read the comparison.

Is Prodesy a chemical inventory system?

Inventory is one module. Prodesy also manages targets, injection compliance, lab analysis, production allocation, scheduling and reporting. Inventory-only tools cannot tell you whether the chemical worked; Prodesy can. See chemical management software for the comparison.

How long does implementation take?

Thirty days is the standard onboarding: sites and injection points loaded in week one, field app and telemetry connected in weeks two and three, dashboards live on your own data by week four.

Can our chemical vendor use it too?

Yes. Vendors submit through Prodesy Mobile and see their own compliance; producers see the consolidated, independent view. Access is role-based.

Which BI tools does Prodesy support?
